Refund Policy

At Vancouver Port Live, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, please let us know—we'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

Your order number
A brief description of the problem
One or more clear photos showing the issue

We'll review your claim promptly and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or provide a refund.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll work with our fulfillment partner to investigate and, if appropriate, arrange a replacement.

Returns and Exchanges

Because our merchandise is made to order specifically for each customer, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Changes of mind
Buyer’s remorse
Incorrect size or colour selections made at the time of ordering

If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Orders returned because they were unclaimed may also require additional shipping charges before they can be resent.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you also have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing a justification.

To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
